Yes, shuttle service is provided. See the Shuttle Information page! The Magnolia is privately located at the top of a mountain so all guests will be escorted to the venue by a professional shuttle service. Shuttles will run throughout the night.
Parking is available at the bottom on the hill (509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN 37963). Please arrive to the parking lot by 4pm for pick up! A shuttle service will pick you up from the parking lot to take you to the venue. There is no parking at the venue itself. The road to the venue is steep and single lane with pull out. Shuttles will run through out the night.
The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm, so please arrive to the parking lot no later than 4 pm. We will be serving beverages before the ceremony starting at 3:30pm, so give yourself enough time to grab a drink, socialize, and find a seat. Shuttles to and from the wedding venue will be provided - please see the shuttle information tab.
Unfortunately, no. We can only accommodate children of immediate family at our wedding. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us!
Not everyone will be able to have a plus one. While we wish to accommodate everyone to have a plus one, our venue does have a cap on the amount of guest we can have. It will indicated on your invitation if you may bring a date.
Yes! The dress code is Cocktail Attire (semi-formal). What we recommend for men: suit & tie or khakis and a nice button up with dress shoes. What we recommend for women: cocktail dresses, or nice jumpsuits. Please no jeans or sneakers.
We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! The only thing we ask is that you please do not wear white (and pale colors that look white) dresses, jeans, sneakers, or flip flops.
Dressy casual attire. For women we recommend sundresses, sandals, jumpsuits/romper. For men, khakis, polos, golf shorts are okay!
