General Beaver Creek Shuttle Information

Please use the "Village Connect" app to request transportation services within Beaver Creek. On-demand shuttle services are provided throughout Beaver Creek from 7:00am-12:00am daily. We will have dedicated shuttles between the Pines Lodge and the venue on the day of the wedding. More details to come.

Travel Note

Parking

Our venue does not have any on-site parking available. For those not staying at the Pines Lodge, day of parking will be available at Ford Hall Parking Garage. Once parked, you will be able to exit the garage and go to Centennial Station which will be just past the garage entrance. From here you will use the Village Connect app to request a shuttle from Centennial Station to Saddleridge. Links to the app are available by clicking on the "View" button below.

Hotel

The Pines Lodge

The Pines Lodge is a great option for lodging. The link below to the hotel website includes a discount for any Beaver Creek resort lodging options. Keep in mind there is no parking at the venue and you will have to use Beaver Creek shuttles (located only in Beaver Creek) to get to the venue.
