It's a peaceful and sacred Catholic outdoor shrine and sanctuary with a tour through the botanical gardens!
Portland Women's Forum State Scenic Viewpoint
Beautiful view of the Columbia River Gorge! Drive 5 more minutes down the road and visit the Vista House, seen from this viewpoint.
Voodoo Doughnut - Old Town
Portland is known for it's Voodoo donuts. They have fun flavors that are delicious!
Bridal Veil Falls
Great option if you have time for a less than 1 mile hike with a beautiful view of the waterfalls.
Cannon Beach
If you have the time, Cannon Beach is the closest ocean beach to Portland. It has beautiful views of the Oregon Coastline and it's about a 1 hour and 30 minute drive. Haystack Rock is a must see when you are in Cannon Beach. Make sure to bring a jacket, although it may be sunny and beautiful during July, the wind may still feel cold.
