Where is the Ceremony located?

Answer

The Timber Picnic area. Once you enter Lory State Park, it will be the first picnic area you come find, look for signs for our wedding!

Where do I Park?

Answer

The Timber Picnic area where our wedding is located does have a large dirt parking lot. If this fills up the visitors center has parking spaces within a short walking distance to our ceremony. Though, we encourage you to carpool as there may be many visitors to the park that day as well.

Is there a park fee to get in?

Answer

Lory State Park does charge an $8 per car fee to enter the park.

Where are the Restrooms?

Answer

The Timber picnic area has vault toilets. However, if you take the short walk to the visitor's center you will find much more comfortable restrooms inside.

What do I bring?

Answer

Bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable outdoors! Sunscreen, hats or even a change of clothing. Colorado is known for afternoon thunderstorms so an umbrella is recommended!
