If a cancelation is needed, simply follow the same process that it took to RSVP to change your answer.

We are currently working on blocking for the hotel mentioned above.

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

What is the dress code?

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire, such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. Please no jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or baseball hats.

Our wedding consists of the classic autumn season palate.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please note that the venue is still open to the public during the wedding hours.

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony will take place behind the building and by the onsite tree. Please note that this part of the wedding will be outside in the grass.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation from their hotel to the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony starts at 2pm. The ceremony begins at 3pm. Those arriving after 3pm will be directed towards the reception area.

Are cameras or video equipment allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer as well as a camera already set up to record the ceremony. We please request that all cellphones and cameras remain tucked away during the time the ceremony takes place. However at the following celebration, we encourage guests to take photos using their personal devices as well as the instant cameras located at the guest book table.

It calls for rain on the big day! What will happen?

Answer

If weather calls for a location change, the wedding coordinator and vendors will move the ceremony to the covered lakeside patio or the sunroom connected to the reception hall.

The wedding only provides beer/wine/cider and soft drinks, can I still get liquor?

Answer

Yes! Liquor and cocktails are available upon purchase at the main bar, located just outside the reception area.

Appetizers- meats, cheeses, and fruits Dinner- chicken piccata, pot roast Sides- mac & cheese, green beans, rice pilaf Deserts- Chocolate and vanilla cake, cookies, cupcakes

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The wedding is currently scheduled to end between 9:00pm and 9:30pm, there are currently no plans for an afterparty. We appreciate you celebrating with us.
