The ceremony will begin at 5 PM. We recommend you arrive by 4:30 PM, no later than 4:50 PM.
We have 2 discount codes for hotels in the area. Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites both 25 minutes from the wedding venue and both located in Ajax, ON. Please check the ‘travel’ tab for the discounts phone and hotel contact information.

While we love your kids, this will be a child free wedding apart from the children in our family. So leave the kids at home and come celebrate with us!
Summer Formal/Cocktail Our wedding party is going to be in black, so we would love for you to brighten up the place with summer colours! Think long dresses, fun colours, texture & florals. Everyone dress to impress!
While we are not providing a shuttle service, we encourage the use of uber, taxi, or keys to us DD service. The venue provides overnight parking if the make and model of your vehicle is left with staff.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. It is a grassy area so ladies be mindful with shoe choice. Reception will be held inside.
During the ceremony we ask that phones are kept away and silent. We have hired professionals to capture the moment. During the cocktail hour and reception please take as many photos as you wish. You can send any photos from the night to the bride. 289-830-4977
