What is the venue address?

Answer

Our wedding will be hosted at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal/Ferry Terminal, 355 Harris Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225. It is located in downtown Fairhaven, just past the Amtrak station.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is free at the Bellingham Cruise Terminal for up to 24 hours. Please leave your car and take alternative transportation if you are unable to drive safely - you will not be ticketed or towed.

I'm lost! How do I get to the venue?

Answer

FROM I-5: Take Exit 250 for State Route 11/Old Fairhaven Parkway. Turn left onto Connelly Ave/Old Fairhaven Parkway (right if coming from I-5 SB). Continue straight onto Donovan Ave, then continue on Donovan Ave as it turns slightly right and becomes 10th Street. Turn left onto Harris Ave. Continue on Harris Ave until you cross the train tracks, just past the Amtrak station, then turn right. Parking is available to the left of the venue. Helpful notes: Remember to continue past the Amtrak Station when traveling down Harris Ave until you cross the train tracks. Turn right just past the train tracks to enter the venue. If you reach a warehouse building, you've just missed the turn, though you are welcome to park there and walk toward the ferry terminal. If you reach a small park by the ocean, return the way you came and turn left onto Harris Ave. Take the next left turn, right before you cross over the train tracks. If you find yourself in downtown Bellingham, you are too far north; take N State Street to the roundabout and continue onto S State Street, following the road until you reach Harris Ave. Turn right onto Harris Ave,. Continue on Harris Ave until you cross the train tracks, just past the Amtrak station, then turn right. Parking is available to the left of the venue.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, so we recommend arriving at 3pm.

What will be for dinner?

Answer

We will be having smoked chicken with penne pasta, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, and a cream sauce, served by Danielle's Back East BBQ. Sides include black bean and corn salad, green salad, potato salad, and hush puppies.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be beer, wine, seltzer, and a signature cocktail. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages provided.

Can you recommend hotels?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel" page of the website, but don't feel limited by these options. Please note the train runs alongside the waterfront and may disturb sensitive sleepers.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. This includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, little black dresses, and dark jackets and slacks.

Will the venue be private?

Answer

The Bellingham Cruise Terminal is a working ferry terminal and will not be closed during the event. However, the upper floor will be reserved exclusively for the event.
