Work Party to prepare the Orchard

Randi's home is a beautiful place and we are so grateful to have access to this property for our wedding, but it will take some work to make it wedding-ready. Four years ago, we lost one of our favorite people; Uncle Brad passed away on May 20th, 2018. A year later, numerous members of Brad's family planted all the trees and plants in his memorial orchard. His son Lebn worked hard to clear the land and prepare the space. We think it's beautiful and would love refreshing it for our wedding to share it with all of our beloved family and friends. Please come ready to work, any trailers or trucks for dump runs would be helpful. We will provide lunch.

Decorating Day

We will be spending the day planting flowers, hanging decorations, building an alter, and making the space beautiful for the wedding. We will provide lunch.

This place is where Jason and Kindra first met and also had our first wedding ceremony. Please join us for a walk down memory lane and a yummy coffee drink. The coffee shop has bakery-style treats and breakfast sandwiches if you want to have a snack while we are there, we will not be providing breakfast.
Rehearsal Dinner

Casual - hiking, maybe swimsuits
This is a beautiful park by the river with a playground for the kids, a large open grass area and river access on a beach. We will meet at the park at 3:00, hike an easy 3 mile loop along the river, and meet back at the pavilion for tacos/playtime. There is a nice beach close to the pavilion where people could play/swim either before or after the hike.

Come play with us! This is a great location with numerous options for adventuring, hang out by the lake all day, take short hike and dig out some natural hotsprings, or bomb down the hill on a road bike, or down the hill on a mountain bike, or hike to a natural water slide, or hike up a mountain. Whatever adventure style you want to participate in, this spot has it all. Come at 10:00 and groups will be organized from the lake shore site, plan on packing a lunch. Everyone will be on their own for dinner - connect with locals during your adventure day for ideas for yummy spots to eat out or collaborate for a spot at someone's home.

Our ceremony will be held in Brad's Memorial Orchard at Aunt Randi's house. This is a special place for Kindra's family and we are excited to share this space to make some new memories.

We will provide dinner, drinks, and of course dessert. Come with your dancing shoes! Kids should be ready for trampoline, zip line, and playground play. Adults should plan on a campfire after dinner.
