FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to know right away if you will or will not be able to attend this special day, however we understand that planning a year in advance can be tricky. We will initially be accepting soft RSVPs now, followed by a final RSVP by February 2026. Having a good estimate as to how many are likely to attend or not will aid in the planning process for the venue to accommodate. Thanks in advance!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 5:00 PM. Plan on arriving to the pre-ceremony between 4:00 and 4:30 so you can get a few drinks in and be seated before the start of the ceremony.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Ideally we are going for a formal vibe. No jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, shorts or flip flops.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we want to include anyone and everyone in this special day, due to the venue capacity, only those who have received an invite or a specified "plus one" will be accommodated for at the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kiddos, but we would like this day to be celebrated with all of our adult humans.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be vallet services during the hours of 10AM and 5PM, so no need to stress about finding a good parking spot, we got you covered!

Question

Is there transportation on the venue property?

Answer

YES! There will be golf cart services for the mobility impaired (and those that may have had one too many signature cocktails)

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served in a buffet fashion, there will be a few options that cater towards gluten free and vegetarian diets. Please reach out if you have any dietary restrictions outside of those listed above. See “menu” page for dietary details at a later date.

Question

What are the expected weather conditions?

Answer

For all of those who don't know, this is California, so plan for anything. The month of May usually consists of daytime temperatures in the high 70's to mid 80's followed by evening temperatures that may drop to the 50's to 60's. The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors and the after party will be indoors so please dress accordingly.
