Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure that everyone is accounted for, please RSVP by September 27, 2024!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! Plus ones will be listed on your wedding invitation and in the RSVP section as 'Guest'. If you did not receive a plus one on your invitation and you need one, please reach out to either the Bride or Groom as soon as possible so that we can fix this. We will only be able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation and who have completed the RSVP questionnaire.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, in order to allow all guests to relax and fully enjoy themselves we are having a child-free night! No children under the age of 13 will be able to attend the wedding. We hope you understand and use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a romantic night out with your significant other!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Guests have the option to wear their most formal attire (an evening gown or a suit & tie) but may also choose to wear a button down or a cocktail dress. Please note that this is a fall wedding in Pennsylvania, so it may be a bit chilly! We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to stay warm. No blue jeans or shades of white please!

Question

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the ceremony 30 minutes early (around 3pm) to ensure you have plenty of time to find parking/the chapel and get seated comfortably. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please silence and put away your phones to be present with us during our unplugged ceremony. We have a fabulous photographer, and we promise to share all of those photos with you when we get them back!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, parking has been reserved at the Carnegie Musuems parking lot (4600 Forbes Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213) for both the ceremony and reception. Heinz Chapel is located directly across the street, roughly a 5-minute walk from Carnegie Musuems.

Question

Is this an indoor wedding?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! We will have an open bar serving mixed drinks, beer, and wine throughout the cocktail hour and reception.

For all the days along the way
