Shuttle from SEA-TAC to Friday Harbor

This shuttle can be booked in advance to take you straight to the island. If you go with this option, be sure to line up your flight time with shuttle routes; the shuttle will not wait for you if you're late. Their website has suggestions for optimal flight times.

Kenmore Air is a local airline that offers direct flights from the major airports into Friday Harbor. Feeling adventurous? You could even take a seaplane!

Ferry from Anacortes to Friday Harbor

If you are driving onto the ferry, it is VERY important for you to make a reservation in advance. You must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure in order for your reservation to be honored. Alternatively, you can leave your car in Anacortes and walk onto the ferry, in which case no reservation is needed.

Camping!

If you're not spooked by the possibility of a little rain, camping could be a great option. San Juan County Park is as scenic as it gets, and camping at the fairgrounds, while not glamorous, is conveniently walking-distance to all the fun stuff in town (like our wedding). We also have some space at our house for friends to camp - please reach out to Raquel or Matthew directly if you're interested in that option.
