We have group rate rooms available for our guests. Please book with Maggie through our wedding group with Destination Weddings.

Answer

There is a deposit of $50 per person to hold your room or $100 a room. Any travel insurance that is purchased is required at booking. Our system will automatically calculate this for you when you book online.

You are welcome to stay as long as you would like, but please arrive at least 2 days prior to the wedding date. The minimum night stay is 4 days.

Unfortunately, the resort does not allow more than 3 adults per room. Simply email Maggie ​at melles@destinationweddings.com and let her know. She is happy to help!

While kids are more than welcomed to vacation with you, at the wedding ceremony and reception kids will not be allowed. However the resort has tons of things for the kids to do such as Kids Club + Teens Club while you vacation

What airport will I need to fly into?What airport will I need to fly into?

Cancun International Airport or Tulum. Please note, included roundtrip airport transfers are only in and out of the Cancun Airport. If you choose to fly into Tulum, there will be an additional private transfer cost.

Answer

YES! Rates include, all snacks/meals/drinks (even alcoholic drinks!) non-motorized water sports, taxes & dining gratuities. But it’s always important to bring cash for tips!

YES, you will need a passport book! Ensure they are free from any rips, stains or watermarks. They must also be valid 2 months beyond your departure date.

No - However, flights are typically less expensive if purchased directly from the airline. ~You will fly into Cancun International Airport ~DO NOT purchase flights until your room is confirmed. Please email me your flight details once booked - melles@destinationweddings.com

Maggie needs your flight details because roundtrip airport transfers are included in your booking. Please provide the following details: DATE OF TRAVEL, AIRLINE, FLIGHT NUMBER, & TIME for both your arrival and departure. EXAMPLE: ARRIVING: 10/25/2025 - DELTA 4321 - 1:00PM DEPARTURE: 10/31/2025 - DELT 1234 - 5:00PM
