In September 2022, on the sixth anniversary of Jasmine moving to DC, her lively new roommate, Belli (just three days into living together), hosted a vibrant Brazilian pizza party at their home. Among the guests was Andrew. He and Jasmine had a brief conversation during the festivities and seemed to hit it off. Fast forward to early 2023, and Andrew came across a photo of Jasmine and Belli on the Christian dating app 'Salt.' Intrigued, he messaged, 'Is this Jasmine, Belli’s roommate?' Jasmine playfully replied, 'Yes. If you want to talk to me, you have to text me.' And from there, their journey began.
