How can I get to the Schaefer Farm for the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus provided for guests staying at the Skirvin to and from the farm at a designated time. It is possible to Uber from Oklahoma City to the farm, but it is NOT RECOMMENDED due to the distance and rural area.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress comfortably, especially comfortable shoes. This is a working farm and most of the events of the day are planned outside. Western Farm vibes. Yeehaw!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner is a seafood boil of shrimp, crab, chicken sausage, corn, potatoes, and all items are cooked separately. If you have an allergy, we can accommodate. Please let us know.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invited children are restricted to immediate family and have been indicated in the invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City. The group code information is provided on the Travel tab. If you want to stay closer to the Schaefer Farm, then we recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingfisher, which is 20 minutes driving. Please note that transportation is only provided from the Skirvin Hotel.
