How can I get to the Schaefer Farm for the ceremony?

Answer

For our out of town guests staying in OKC, there will be two buses that will pick up from the Skirvin Hotel. The buses will leave promptly at 2:30pm. It is possible to Uber from Oklahoma City to the farm, but it is NOT RECOMMENDED as drivers may be hard to reserve due to the distance and rural area. From the hotel, it is roughly a 45 minutes to 1 hour drive to the Schaefer Farm. If you are using Google Maps, the address is: 7660 E 880 Rd If you are using Apple Maps, the address is: 7660 EW 880 Rd

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Dress comfortably, especially comfortable shoes. This is a working farm. We have prepared some areas of the farm for our guests to explore and the terrain may be uneven at times. Please be mindful of the weather as all of the events of the day are planned outside (shade provided in several areas). The historical average temperature ranges from 80-90F highs and 55-60F lows. If you're looking for some creative direction...dress in western vibes. Yeehaw!

I have a food allergy or a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner is a seafood boil of shrimp, crab legs, turkey sausage, corn, potatoes. A vegetarian seafood boil will be available of various mushrooms, heart of palm, vegetarian sausage. All items are cooked separately. If you have an allergy, we can accommodate. Please let us know.

Are kids welcome to the weekend's events?

Answer

Invited children are restricted to immediate family and have been indicated in the invitation. No children are allowed at the Parlor OKC afterparty.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Skirvin Hotel in Oklahoma City. The group code information is provided on the Travel tab. Another OKC hotel recommendation is the Wyndam Grand OKC Downtown across from the Skirvin. If you want to stay closer to the Schaefer Farm, then we recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingfisher, which is 20 minutes driving.

Is there a dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

The welcome party will be a casual affair. We have a patio area at the Social Capital reserved outside. The brewery inside is also open, though not reserved, and is very spacious.

Buses going back to Oklahoma City after the wedding

Answer

At the end of the night, those guests who had arrived by bus will board at 9:30pm. The buses will stop first at the afterparty location, Parlor OKC. The second stop will be at the Skirvin Hotel.
