Lydia Cheung
Matron of Honor
Lydia is Angela’s second oldest sister. Lydia was one of Angela’s discipleship leaders in college and has played a large role in Angela’s growth in her maturity and faith. Angela knows that she can always rely and trust Lydia for any situation and Angela treats Lydia as her highest confidant. Lydia is someone who cares so much for her loved ones and was even willing to take PTO very last minute to travel with Angela to London just so that she wouldn’t have to travel alone. Angela was Lydia's Maid of Honor and feels blessed and grateful to have Lydia now stand by her side as her Matron of Honor.
Andrew Han
Best Man
A large part of Andrew’s preparation for his marriage to Angela can be credited to Andrew Han. They began living together as roommates in 2014 and have been the next closest thing to actual spouses. He has patiently endured Andrew’s cold demeanor, moodiness, and passive aggressive tendencies year in and year out - Angela goes into marriage with a large debt to Andrew Han. While there is a large cache of stories and experiences they shared together, Andrew will miss their times of big talk (anti-small talk) and prayer the most.
Judie Kuo
Maid of Honor
Judie and Angela seem to be complete opposites, but remain to be close friends. They went to high school together but didn’t become closer until Angela’s sophomore year in college. Judie and Angela lived together in college for a year and were also part of the same discipleship group. Judie was the first person Angela was truly able to feel comfortable and vulnerable with to share her struggles without fear of shame or condemnation. Judie has a very kind and generous heart, and she is always the first to listen and empathize. Angela is forever grateful for Judie for being able to learn through their friendship what a Christ centered relationship truly looks like.
Luke Ellison
Groomsman
Out of the group, Andrew has known Luke for the shortest amount of time as they met in 2017, but it has been Andrew’s fastest growing relationship during the time frame (apart from Angela). Much of the growth has been the byproduct of co-laboring together for the Kingdom. Luke and Andrew both serve as pastors and are in the same accountability group. Luke seeks to maximize every moment for the sake of the gospel providing for Andrew an example of diligence, selflessness, and evangelism. Andrew is always sharpened and spurred when in Luke’s company, even in the midst of very mediocre, albeit evenly matched, racquetball games.
Esther Lau
Bridesmaid
Esther is Angela’s oldest sister. Being 7 years apart didn’t stop Angela and Esther from having a close relationship. Esther and Angela are very similar – both strong headed, outspoken, and (somewhat) stubborn. So although a lot of arguments ensued while they were growing up, Angela still truly looks up to Esther with so much respect and admiration. Angela knows Esther is only a phone call away and turns to her for wisdom, advice, and for someone to speak truth into her life.
Michael Suh
Groomsman
Michael and Andrew became close when they spent over a year together as accountability partners. At the time, Michael was going through a season of dating and engagement which Andrew can now relate to a little better. Andrew is grateful that he did not derail Michael too much as he has been happily married since March 2018. Andrew views Michael as a valued source of wisdom for his own road towards marriage. They also currently serve the youth group together and have lofty ambitions to break 80 on the golf course.
Sarah Ho
Bridesmaid
Sarah is Angela’s third oldest sister. Sarah is very selfless, generous, and talented. Sarah was willing to take care of all the flowers and decorations for Angela and Andrew’s wedding without one single complaint. Angela is in awe of Sarah’s generous heart and willingness and looks up to her as someone who is very strong and able. Angela loves to call Sarah up for last minute TJ Maxx shopping trips and can rely on her style, advice, and crafty money saving tips!
Benjamin Kim

Andrew remembers being there when Benjamin was born… because he is Andrew’s younger brother! Andrew proudly takes credit for Benjamin’s athletic prowess as much of his early years was spent losing to Andrew in sports. Then one day Benjamin started winning and they have since stopped playing. Andrew is proud of Benjamin and all of his accomplishments, always anticipating more. He is grateful to share his special day with such an honorable man and brother.
Debra Chiu
Bridesmaid
Debra is Angela’s fourth oldest sister. Debra is the most kindhearted and loving of the sisters (in Angela’s opinion hahah). She is very caring and tender and has helped Angela learn the importance of being loving and sensitive to those around her. Throughout selflessly helping Angela with late night projects and being the only one willing to play Settlers of Catan with her – Angela admires Debra’s heart and is very proud to call such a sweet, sensitive, caring person as her sister and one of her best friends.
Lauren Peng

Lauren and Angela grew up together at church, but didn’t become close until they were in the same discipleship group together in college. Although Angela was just beginning to know Lauren during their freshman year of college, Angela told her during one of their sleepovers that she knew Lauren was eventually going to be one of her bridesmaids! Angela remembers being drawn by Lauren’s gentleness and caring heart and knew that she wanted a friend like her in her life. Angela is grateful for Lauren’s love and care for her friends and willingness to listen and encourage, but also for not being afraid to challenge and call out Angela out of love.
Andrea Auyeung

Andrea is by far Angela’s oldest and dearest friend. They grew up together with countless sleepovers, shopping trips, trampoline parties, and Walk to Remember and Princess Diaries marathons. Andrea probably knows Angela the best out of all her friends and has seen Angela’s highest highs and lowest lows. Angela feels grateful to have had the opportunity to grow and transform with Andrea all the way from elementary school to now. Angela is thankful for their long lasting and meaningful friendship and is so honored to have Andrea by her side on her wedding day.
Tiffany Chan

Tiffany is also one of Angela’s oldest friends. Being two years older, Tiffany seemed to be the mom of the group growing up. But throughout the ups and downs, Angela is grateful to continuously have Tiffany by her side as a dependable and loyal friend, with their common love language (words of affirmation) and love for Jesus knitting them together. Tiffany is also the best/cutest dancer Angela has ever met and Angela is super excited to dance with her on her wedding day!
