FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kimberly Ly and Timothy Mam
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'll be sending out our official RSVP details in the future. Thank you for your enthusiasm and understanding as we finalize the wedding details. We look forward to sharing more information with you soon!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding celebrates elegance and sophistication, and we invite you to dress accordingly. Gentlemen should plan to wear suits or tuxedos, while ladies are welcome to select floor-length gowns, sophisticated midi dresses, or chic dressy jumpsuits. Given our outdoor venue, we recommend choosing comfortable shoes that will allow you to move and celebrate with ease. Please also keep the warm temperatures in mind when selecting your attire. As a mark of respect for the bride, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing cream, white, or ivory. Jeans, sundresses, and athleisure are not appropriate for our celebration.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invitation for details about bringing a date. Specific plus-one information is included with your personal invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We've chosen to keep our celebration an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate/close family members and those in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we want to ensure every guest enjoys a safe and delightful dining experience. On your RSVP, you can easily note any food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you happen to miss the online form, simply reach out to us directly, and we'll personally help you arrange a meal that meets your specific needs.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar! Our guests can enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the entire wedding celebration, creating a festive and joyful atmosphere for all. Please remember to bring a valid form of identification, as IDs will be checked at the bar.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We're delighted to offer complimentary parking for all of our wedding guests at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving as early as 4:30 PM to ensure you have ample time to be comfortably seated before our ceremony begins at 5 PM sharp. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, please wait quietly and find a seat once the bride has completed her processional.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are grateful for our established home and feel truly blessed. If you would like to celebrate our union with a gift, a monetary contribution to support our new journey together would be deeply meaningful to us.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We're securing a special room block for our wedding guests! Details will be posted here shortly, making it easy for everyone to book convenient accommodations.
