Trocadero Clubhouse is tucked inside a beautiful valley in Stern Grove, San Francisco. It truly feels like a hidden spot in the city — which also means the entrance can be easy to miss! Because of limited parking and the unique access road, we strongly recommend carpooling or using Uber/Lyft whenever possible. Enter “Stern Grove Park” in your rideshare app. As you approach, you will see a large black metal arch that says “Stern Grove.” This is the entrance. Right after the arch, ask your driver to make an immediate right turn onto what looks like a cobblestone road. That road slopes down into the valley. Google Maps does not clearly show how to get down into the valley. When you arrive at Stern Grove and see the Stern Grove arch, make an immediate right turn onto the narrow cobblestone-looking road. It may feel like you’re turning into a service entrance — don’t worry, you’re in the right place! Follow that road downhill.
