Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you're able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, it would be extremely helpful! We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by July 1st. Unfortunately, any unanswered invitations after that date will need to be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors' cutoff deadlines. Thank you so much for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at The Round Barn between 3:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:30 p.m.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable while looking your best! The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Women: Cocktail dresses, sundresses, or stylish separates paired with flats or heels. Men: Light dress shirts with khaki or other lightweight slacks. Jackets and ties are optional, but feel free to dress it up if you'd like!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy and be present for the ceremony, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones and cameras. Professional photographers will be capturing all the special moments, so feel free to enjoy the experience and leave the photos to them!

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Should conditions require, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We ask that all guests drink responsibly. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home.
