⏳ When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st to help us finalize our wedding details and ensure a perfect celebration with all of our loved ones. Payment for cabins will be $290 per person and will be collected by Kimm and Mateo up to this date! If planning to attend please contact Kimm at 828-358-9941 to secure your weekend cabin!

⏰ What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony, we can arrange to have you picked up at your cabin, upon request! The ceremony will begin precisely in the “Yard” at 5:30 PM, so please plan accordingly.

🏔️ Where should I stay?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is being held at the resort with plenty of cabins for all the guests of the wedding. You are welcome to stay outside of the resort but for guest convenience we have reserved the resort for the weekend of Friday Oct 23rd through Sunday Oct 25th

Dressy casual with a mountain-inspired twist. Think stylish yet comfortable attire, perfect for our scenic celebration. We recommend bringing layers to stay cozy as the evening mountain air turns cool.

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing layers to stay comfortable if the evening turns cool. The reception will be held at the same location, featuring an outdoor space and fire pits for you to enjoy.

While we cherish children, we've chosen to create an adults-only celebration to ensure a relaxed evening for all our guests.

🍽️ Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! We're excited to offer a beautiful grazing table with hearty appetizers and a tempting dessert spread throughout the evening. When you RSVP, please share any dietary restrictions so we can ensure every guest enjoys their experience.

📸 Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present and share in the intimate moments of our ceremony. We kindly request that you set aside your phones and cameras, allowing yourself to truly connect with our celebration. You'll have plenty of opportunities to capture memories during the reception, where we welcome your photography.
