How do I reserve my room?

Answer

Please visit our booking website to reserve your room. A $150 deposit is required to reserve your room. The 2nd deposit which is 50% of the total room cost is due by June 5, 2025. The remaining balance is due August 12, 2025. Please feel free to reach out to our travel agent if you have any additional questions.

Do I have to stay at Dream’s Vista?

Answer

You are more than welcome to stay at a different resort or hotel. But please keep in mind you will be responsible for purchasing a day pass at the cost of $200 to enter Dream’s Vista to attend the wedding festivities.

Is transportation available?

Answer

You do have the option of adding on round-trip transportation when reserving your room on our booking website. You could also look on websites like Expedia to see what other round-trip transportation options are available.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation. While we would love to accommodate everyone, due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we would love to see your kiddos, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. The only exceptions being the little ones in our bridal party and children over the age of 13. Please reach out if you would like more information on the resort's babysitting services.

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

- Our theme is Beach Formal (Pinterest is great if you need some inspiration ) - Think semi-formal and summery colors - The ceremony will take place on a deck but there is a very brief walk through the sand - No white dresses or white pants/suit jackets, please - The reception will take place indoors

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Can I take Photos?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no cameras or phones at all please!!). We hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather is nicer during November, with temperatures from 72º F to 85º F and mostly sunny days that offer perfect water conditions to snorkel, swim, or dive.

Where should I go when I arrive at the Cancun airport?

Answer

After departing the plane, proceed to Immigration to present your passport and any necessary entry documentation. After having your passport stamped by Immigration (or you’ve used the electronic Immigration check-in machines available), follow the signs to baggage claim to pick up your luggage on the appropriate belt. Once your bags have been collected from the baggage claim carousel, proceed through Customs by walking towards the exit. Assuming you have nothing to declare, you’ll walk towards the airport exit while crossing a Customs “Inspection Zone”. Customs personnel may ask you if you have anything to declare or may ask to inspect your bag. After customs, DO NOT stop at the Tourist Information or Travel Advisors booths in the hallway as you walk towards the exit. Instead proceed directly outside where you should be able to find your transportation waiting.
