What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear whatever you'll feel comfortable and confident in! The dress code is dressy casual. Ladies, think maxi or cocktail length dresses, jumpsuits, wedge heels or flats. Gents, think light dress shirt with khakis or other lightweight slacks. Jackets and ties are optional! No need to be super formal, but maybe leave the slippers at home. 😂 October weather in Vegas can be unpredictable, it might be sunny and warm during the day but cool off in the evening. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and bringing a light layer just in case!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We've arranged a room block at Durango Casino & Resort, about 20 minutes from DragonRidge Country Club. Please visit the "Travel" tab for more information and a link to book. Please keep in mind the deadline to book all rooms is Thursday, September 3rd!

Are my kids invited? / Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

We truly adore your kiddos and would love to include everyone! Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to include a limited number of children and plus ones in our celebration. If your child is invited and if you receive a plus one, their name(s) will be listed under your name when you RSVP. We kindly ask that only those listed attend. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have bartenders who will be handling beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you are gluten-free, we will be offering a chef's choice gluten-free entree, which you can select when submitting your RSVP. For any other food allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to one of us directly so we can coordinate with the venue and do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is parking available on-site?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of onsite parking available for guests. If you're unable to drive home after the celebration, vehicles may be left overnight. If you plan to drink, we kindly encourage you to use a ride share service.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We will not be having a traditional registry. Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you’d like to give something, we kindly ask for a monetary gift. Your generosity will go toward helping us start our future together as husband and wife, and we're so grateful for your love and support as we begin this new chapter.
