Are kids welcome?

Answer

I wish I could invite all the children. Unfortunately, only family member children are allowed. Please see invitations for exact invitees. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:00pm!! The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM! Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and walking to the ceremony site. Golf cart rides will be available for those who may need assistance.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please see invitations for exact invitees. If a "guest" is not added, then you may not bring a date. Have them meet us in the Stockyards at 10pm.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outside but the reception will be inside.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Cocktailish Attire - We suggest men wear a dress shirt with or without a tie. Slacks, khakis or dark jeans with cowboy boots or dress shoes. Women wear a midi- or knee-length dress, dressy separates, jumpsuit. We don't really have a wedding color. Decor will be greenery with white flowers.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a duet plate of beef tenderloin paired with chicken florentine. If you have any diet restrictions please include that in your RSVP. Children will be served mac & cheese.

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot outside of the club house.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

No because there are plenty of hotels and Airbnb's within a 10 mile radius of the venue.
