A good and challenging hike out to a breathtaking view of the mountains. Park at the Woody Gap parking lot on the right when coming up the mountain. You’ll take the trail up to the right when walking up. Follow this for one mile to the rock. The last ¼ of a mile is steep with many rocks so strenuous, but worth it for the view!
