How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP online, text, or mail. Please RSVP no later than 01 April 2026.

Please ask ahead of time so we can adjust the guest list numbers.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We would prefer that photos are not taken during the ceremony. We will have a photographer for the ceremony and reception. But please feel free to party and take photos during the reception!

Are kids welcome?

100% Yes!! This is a Kid-Friendly wedding! Your child has been included in the count on the guest list.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be held inside due to not knowing the temperatures/weather. However, we will take pictures outside by the water.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have an allergy, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements with the venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, they are ADA approved.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have a discount code for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites IHG Hotel by BWI Airport. Our code is SRW. Guests can call the central reservations or hotel front desk at 410-859-0003 and provide the Block Code: SRW to access the agreed group rate.

Is there transportation from BWI Airport to the Hotel?

Answer

Yes! They have to call 410-859-0003 for the shuttle. The hotel shuttle runs 23 hours a day.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We are working with a transportation company that was recommended by the hotel. This shuttle will be for guests staying at the hotel to get the venue. If you want to take the shuttle, please consider booking a room using our group rate (must book by 5/1/2026). The hotel has limited parking, so if you want to take the shuttle but are not staying at the hotel, you will need to find other parking. There is parking at the venue.
