There are SEVERAL Chateau de Beauregard in France so ensure that you have the correct address in your GPS and are headed to the one in Jonquieres: Toutes les festivités ont lieu dans le magnifique Château de Beauregard à Jonquières, en Provence. Please be there a few minutes early so we can ensure we start on time! Note that for those of you staying at Justin en Provence, Mas de Puit, and Mas du Clos we have large taxis scheduled to pick you up as our shuttle can't fit down those streets! For time reference our first dance is around 11:30pm which will drop you off where you were picked up! For those arriving by taxis there will be an option to order one when you are ready to leave. 🚕 Taxis

On the Saturday night, for those not staying in Orange/on shuttle route and/or who want to leave on their own time there will be an option to pre-order a taxi upon your arrival at the chateau. You will also be able to order a taxi from your B&B/hotel to get to the chateau if needed, they will have all that information for you. We recommend doing so in advance and with plenty of time to get there (it's a slower pace where we are, and traffic in the summer!). 💶 ❗️ Amex and most credit cards in taxis might not be accepted, so carry euros to pay. (Shuttles, are of course free.) Tip: You should carry more Euros on you in general compared to U.S - cashless hasn't quite made it in the lavender fields. Samedi soir, plusieurs taxis se tiennent à votre disposition pour vous raccompagner si l'itinéraire ou les horaires des navettes ne vous conviennent pas. Il est également possible de réserver un taxi avec votre hôtel.

🚙 Parking at the Chateau

We want to ensure that all guests are leaving the chateau safety the night of our wedding so please note the shuttles and taxi options. In the event that you'd like to drive, there is plenty of parking at the chateau.

Flight

✈️ Mareille, Aix en Provence (MRS)

Marseille, Aix en Provence Airport (MRS) is the closest international airport to the chateau, about 1 hour to 90 min drive depending on traffic. Most likely, all travelers coming from the U.S will have a layover in Paris. There are several other airports close to us in case you decide to start your trip elsewhere or are flying internally: Avignon Airport: Budget Airlines, 30 minutes drive to the Chateau Nimes: Budget Airlines, 50 minute drive Nice: International Airport, about a 2-3 hour drive to the Chateau.

🚆 Orange or Avignon

If you are carless and plan on visiting other places before you get to our venue, traveling by train is a great option! There are direct trains from pretty much everyone to Orange which is 10 minutes from the Chateau or Avignon which is 30 minutes from the Chateau.

🌻 A little note on where to stay

As we are in the middle of Provence, the most magical places to stay are in small guest houses, Airbnbs or bed and breakfasts. There are very few large hotels. We've added a mix of all kinds of accommodations below. B&Bs will only have 5 or so rooms so will get booked quickly. If you plan on taking the shuttle to and from the wedding activities on Saturday and Sunday then you'll need to stay in Orange, if you are driving or taking taxis we have some accommodation listed below outside of Orange! ❗️ Air Conditioning: In case you haven't seen Emily in Paris, France is much more "au naturelle" when it comes to air conditioning. If this is important to you, please make sure you check. July 2&3 last year had a high of 84!

Grand Hôtel d'Orange

This is a 4 star hotel but at 158 EURO/night (!). There are 40 bedrooms available with air conditioning, right in the center and with a pool. Note that they usually have a 4 night min stay (but who knows with #COVID so double check). Wedding Shuttle Accessible.

Villa Aurenjo - Bed & Breakfast

Another charming villa in the center of Orange. The shutters alone are enough to make anyone want to open them in the morning. Several days a week Olivier cooks a delicious 3-course meal, using local ingredients, for, wait for it, 29 EUROS (!!). The rooms look like something out of a coffee table book, rates start at 160 euros, breakfast included. Wedding Shuttle accessible.

Maison d'hôtes Villa Agrippa

Any place that has the word "villa" in it has to be good right? Right. Whatever you picture in your head when you think of Provencal Villa - this is it! Only 6 rooms so these will go fast, book em'! Oh and did we mention home made "petit dejeuner" included? I can already smell the flaky buttery croissant. Rooms start at 170 EURO/night. Wedding Shuttle Accessible.

Justin de Provence Maison d'hôtes

Funky "chambres d'hotes" these are so charming, think: wrought iron furniture and light bleu linen everywhere. And google never lies at 4.9 stars. Note slightly outside of Orange so ideally you have a car staying here, about a 6 min drive to Orange or a 30 min walk, don't worry though if you stay here we will have the shuttle stop! 200 EURO/night but you just have to look at the pool and petit dejeuner to know that's worth it - only 5 rooms, these will go fast!

This is the largest hotel in Orange, it's a chain but gets the job done if you are planning on staying 1 night. About 136 EURO/night. 90 bedrooms, air conditioned, family rooms, pool and bike rentals. Wedding Shuttle Accessible.

Le Mas Saint Philippe, maison d'hôtes Provence

Named after the FOB. Just kidding, but you know he would love a "Mas" named after him! Beautiful, and known for their incredibly good 36 EURO tasting menu (seriously look at their instagram) and cute little rooms. They have 5 air conditioned rooms as well as apartments for rent (only by the week) 5 min drive to the chateau. If you stay here, you'll either be taxi-ing (we will have some waiting the night of our wedding) or driving to chateau as it's not on our shuttle route.

Mas Du Clos De L'Escarrat

The most beautiful provencal home, bright blue shutters and surrounded by vineyards and a pool! Petit Dejeuner included! Plus, their dog Calice is super cute. There are 4 air conditioned rooms! This is a 3 min drive to the chateau or a 20 min walk. Rooms starting at 170 EUR.

Super cute basic little B&B about 6 minute drive from the chateau! 6 rooms, all starting at 97 EUROs!

Chateau de Massillan

This is french chateau luxury, beautiful rooms in a real chateau, (like it has a tower)! Located 15 minutes north of Orange so if this one suits your fancy you will need a car or be prepared to take a taxi to the venue or to meet the shuttle in the center of Orange. The robes alone look dreamy, they have their own "vignoble" and to top it off their chef is world renowned for his food from which products come straight from their garden. Just go to their insta to get a sense of his colorful creations!

Beautiful B&B in the middle of Chateauneuf du Pape country so perfect for wine tasting pre and post wedding activities! It's a 10 min drive to Orange and a 10 min drive to the chateau so a car is needed or be prepared to take a taxi to the venue or to meet the shuttle in the center of Orange. This is adults only, Beautiful pool! 7 rooms, price upon request.

Fleur de lis, green ivy growing everywhere, and four poster beds! This pace is equi-distant to Orange, Avignon, and Chateauneuf du Pape. If you are planning on spending time in the region and have a car and are either driving to the wedding festivities or okay with taking a taxi to the chateau or to and from the shuttle stop then this is the place for you!
