Every part of the day will be hosted inside, although there will be a fire pit outside during the reception.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm. Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to ensure proper time to find the venue and seating. Guests who arrive after the ceremony has begun will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the ceremony has concluded. This is to deter cold weather from affecting other guests and minimize distractions.

The venue has convenient and ample parking steps away from the entrance.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a wonderful photographer for the day and request that personal photos be withheld during the ceremony and minimal during the reception, especially with concern for cell phones being in the photographer's photos. We will gladly share the professional photos once they are processed.

What is the weather like in Murphy, North Carolina?

As the events are in the Blue Ridge Mountains, expect the temperature to be between 30 degrees and 55 degrees. The entire gathering is held indoors.
