Due to COVID-19, we will be reducing our guest size for our ceremony and we are no longer having a reception. As much as we would love for all of you to be there, we felt that your health and safety is more important during these times. We will not be accepting anymore reservations and for those who already RSVP'D, we will be contacting you directly. We promise to share our wedding videos and pictures with you when they become available. Thank you for your support and understanding.
In light of COVID-19, we are extending our RSVP deadline to June 15, 2020 in case you need to make any changes or cancel for any reason. We plan to keep our wedding date however, our priority is the safety of all our friends and family so there is a possibility that we may postpone or reduce the size of our guest list if COVID-19 is still a threat. We will be sure to notify everyone ASAP should our plans change. If your plans have changed and you cannot make it, please let us know in the RSVP or send me a message. Thank you in advance for your understanding but we pray our plans stay intact. Be safe!
Only if your RSVP has "guest" after your name. Space is limited. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have "guest" or "child" without a name on your RSVP, that means you are welcome to invite a guest or your child. Please provide us with the names of your guest and/or your child at that point.
If you notice that your name and/or your guest/child's name is misspelled, you have the ability to edit the name on the RSVP. We apologize in advance and we ask to please edit the names so they are spelled correctly.
If you are visiting from out of town, we suggest you book flights to arrive on or the week of August 10th and depart some time after the wedding date, August 15th. We will be leaving for our honeymoon two days after the wedding, so we will not be in town after.
We highly recommend making your reservations as soon as possible. August is busy travel time for San Diego. We listed a few hotel options that is located about 25 minutes south of the venue. Please check out our "Travel & Hotel Options" tab. We also recommend looking into any airbnbs.
An unplugged ceremony means that all cell phones and cameras are to be shut off or put away when the ceremony starts. We want you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. We promise to share moments of the big day when the photos are available to us.
We kindly ask to refrain from wearing the color maroon and burgundy. The attire is Semi-Formal - tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. Please arrive between 3:45 PM - 3:50 PM.
The drive to and from the venue will be narrow and winding. If you plan to drink, we ask to please make arrangements for a designated driver or plan to Uber or Lyft for your safety. There is a high probability you will experience traffic on the 5-north and 5-south freeway due to the Del Mar Races, so plan accordingly.
The ceremony will be outdoors.
The reception will be indoors.
Yes. The venue has their own parking lot for our guests. Please follow the signs upon arrival. There are also plenty of parking on the street and at The Rancho Santa Fe Library located across the street of the venue.
