Kim and Steven both grew up in the small town of Long Valley, New Jersey. They attended the same middle and high schools, but rarely had the pleasure of crossing paths inside or outside the classroom. While not quite high school sweethearts, they maintained a fondness for each other that blossomed into a romance when they reconnected after college in December of 2020. Their first date at the local coffee shop was on January 24, 2021 - you never know what can start over a cup of coffee! In their early days, Kim and Steven enjoyed many Mets and Yankees baseball games and weekend getaways to cities like Boston and Washington, D.C. Since then, Kim acquired a license in social work and became a mental health therapist, while Steven started as a business analyst at Frazier Industrial Company. More recently, they traveled to Alaska alongside Kim's family for a magical vacation featuring stunning wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. In April of 2025, Steven proposed to Kim in a place where they both spent countless childhood summers - Long Beach Island, NJ. Through the good times and the bad, Kim and Steven have continued to show up for each other with unconditional support and love. We are so grateful that our invisible string finally brought us together, and we are thrilled to share our wedding day and beyond with so many amazing family and friends!
