Kimberly and Riz first met back in 2019 at a party. Funny enough, neither of them really knew anyone there, but somehow they crossed paths (thanks, universe). Riz eventually asked Kimberly out and planned a romantic dinner at Cibo in Yorkville. That night sparked something special, and Cibo quickly became their spot, so much so that they still go back every year to celebrate. After that first date, the rest was history. They were inseparable; trying out new restaurants, binge-watching The Boys, The Challenge, Love Is Blind, endless rom-coms, and pretty much every Adam Sandler movie ever made. When the pandemic hit, they decided to move in together, because if you can survive lockdown as a couple, you can survive anything. In 2021, they welcomed their first baby, Isabella (aka Izzy). Becoming parents brought a whole new kind of love (and exhaustion), but they leaned on each other and made it through the newborn stage as a team. The milestones kept coming: in 2022 they bought their first home in Burlington, and in 2023 they welcomed their second baby, Kane. And let’s just say, if one child tests your patience, two will really keep you on your toes (and your coffee pot working overtime). But through it all, their love only grew stronger. On August 15, 2025, in true “Kimberly and Riz” fashion, they decided (very last minute) to elope in a small, secret ceremony in Uxbridge. No big plans, no months of stress, just the two of them (and their closest loved ones), exactly how it felt right. Now, they’re ready to celebrate the big moments with all of you! On October 18, 2025, Kimberly and Riz are throwing a wedding reception dinner filled with love, laughter, and the people who matter most.
