Is the venue walkable from town?
Answer
Since the island is so small, technically everything is walking distance! We advice taking a short cab ride to the venue

Will I need a car?
Answer
The island is very equipped with ample taxis. A car is not necessary. The venue is a quick 1 minute taxi from Town.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love kids! We have invited the children that are in our family. If you have not heard otherwise, please plan appropriate childcare while you come to the island to celebrate with us.

Why is the wedding over at 9?
Answer
Block Island has a public sound ordinance- no live music may be played past 9pm. We will venture over into town after the wedding and continue our celebration.

Women- shoes!
Answer
Our venue sits high up on a gorgeous grass hill. Please keep in mind your heels may sink into the grass during happy hour and mingling outside. Heels will work once in the tent, but may be problematic on the grass. Flip flops will be provided

Ferry Times

We will be following Rhode Island state guidelines! Our venue is outside. All precautions will be taken to ensure you are not attending a "super spreader event." With the majority of people being vaccinated, our wedding is planned to be a "normal-pre covid" wedding.
