What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is seated and we can start as scheduled!

What should I wear? Is there a specific attire required?

Answer

The attire for our wedding is Summer After 5.

Question

I have concerns regarding COVID-19, is there a plan in place?

Answer

As we all continue to adapt to this uncertain time with COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are monitoring the news carefully. We are prepared to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests. That being said, the safety of our guests is our utmost priority. Please check our wedding website periodically as well as national and local public health websites regularly for updates.

What do I do if I am not feeling well?

Answer

For the safety and protection of other's, especially those at risk for severe illness; please do not attend the wedding ceremony/reception if you experience the following: (1). You have a fever and/or are not feeling well (2). You have been exposed to someone with coronavirus.

Do I have to wear a mask or face covering?

Answer

All vendors and guests must wear a mask or face covering, to be compliant with government regulations and for the safety of everyone in attendance. Thank you for your cooperation!

Is Social Distancing Required?

Answer

To be compliant with government regulations, social distancing will be practiced with seating, food service and all aspects of the wedding ceremony/reception. Each guest will be seated with their plus 1 and/or family member. No more than 4 family members will be seated at a table.

What is your COVID-19 Safety Plan?

Answer

Guests must wear a mask or face covering. Guests must practice social distancing. While inside the home, guests must avoid congregating in common areas like entryways, restrooms, or hallways. Sanitation/Disinfecting Stations will be accessible during the wedding/reception. Surfaces frequently touched by multiple people, such as door handles, light switches, and faucets, will be cleaned and disinfected often. High traffic areas will be cleaned and disinfected often

Where should guests park? Is parking complimentary?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the Ross residence.

Will the ceremony and cocktail hour be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

To maximize social distancing and keep things as low-risk as possible, please note that this is an outdoor wedding. Access to the home will be limited to using the restroom facilities only.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, guests will attend a cocktail hour, where we will be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres, beverages and of course there will be great MUSIC!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Also, a reminder that the wedding ceremony will be live streamed.

When is the RSVP deadline? How do I submit my RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is Friday, September 4, 2020. Guests may submit their RSVP via mail or online.

Will the Wedding be Streamed Live?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be live streamed, if you are not able to attend in person and/or do not feel comfortable attending in person, you are invited to share in our special day virtually. Please kindly let us know as soon as possible, if you are not able to attend in person, so that we can make sure you have the details to attend virtually.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Food and beverage will be passed to guests by waitstaff with frequently washed and gloved hands. We will not have a seated dinner, but will have heavy hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, with wedding cake packaged to go!

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options available.

Question

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Each guest will be responsible for roundtrip transportation to/from the hotel. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available. Complimentary valet parking is available for guests driving rental cars.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

The wedding couple is requesting that no photos/videos are taken during the wedding ceremony, as this is a sacred moment in time for them. We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, during the reception only; our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #kimandpaulanswerthecall, so we can keep track of all of your pictures and look at them after the wedding!
