As all of you are aware, Marcos and I have been married civilly for many years now. At that ceremony, we only had Marquitos present with us. But the time has finally arrived that we are getting married through the Catholic Church in order to receive the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony which is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, blessed and recognized by God, signifying and making present the union of Christ and His Church. It's a lifelong commitment of love, fidelity, and openness to children, where the spouses receive special graces to help them fulfill their marital vocation and build a strong, loving, and Christ-centered family.
