Question
When is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
We are requesting RSVPs be submitted by January 4th. Please RSVP through the designated tab on our website.
Question
Will I get a paper invitation?
Answer
Yes, we have sent the link to our website so that you have sufficient time to learn more about our wedding, physical invitations are en route so expect them sometime soon!
Question
Where and when exactly is the wedding?
Answer
Both our wedding ceremony and reception will take place 2/22/2026 at Bella Cosa — 3111 Masterpiece Rd, Lake Wales, FL 33898. The ceremony seating will begin at 3:30PM and the reception will last until 10:00PM.

Is it okay if I arrive late?
Answer
We welcome guests to begin arriving by 2:45PM and are requesting guests arrive latest by 3:30PM to avoid logistical issues with the ceremony. Guests arriving past 3:45PM may be asked to forego participation in the ceremony in order to prevent disruptions. (We all are familiar with Miami time, but we will not be in Miami, so please be on time ❤︎).

What is the dress code?

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Your invitation should indicate whether or not we have planned for you to bring a guest. Our invitation list will be strictly enforced as we can only accommodate the guests we have officially accounted for. Please contact either of us if you feel we have made a mistake on the invitation, you feel we left someone out, or you have any other questions regarding this matter. However after RSVPs are closed, the bride may reach out if there is space to include a plus one.

Are my children allowed?
Answer
Due to the structure, location, and environment that will be created during our wedding, we prefer that all guests be 21+. However, we understand there are circumstances in which arranging child care may not be feasible (especially with young children), so if this would be an issue preventing your attendance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I get there? Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
The large assumption is that the majority of guests will be driving from Miami to the Orlando area for this wedding. As a result, there is plenty of parking available for our guests at the venue. For those that are not driving themselves and have concerns related to the travel logistics of attending our wedding, please reach out to us to see if we are able to help brainstorm a solution with you.

Do you have a recommended hotel and/or reservation block?
Answer
We’ve learned from family and friends that many guests are turning the wedding into a full weekend trip, staying together in Airbnb’s or Vrbo’s near Orlando. In our Travel tab, we've recommended a few convenient hotels (but none of them have reservation blocks). If you have any questions about where to stay, please feel free to reach out!
