What should I wear?What should I wear?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with all of our friends and family—and we’d love to see everyone dressed to the nines! We kindly request formal, black tie attire for the occasion. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception held indoors. We recommend dressing formally and bringing a light jacket to stay comfortable throughout the evening. We want all our guests to be comfortable.

Answer

Yes! It’s Black Tie optional, if black is what you’d like to wear please do! We do ask that you please refrain from wearing burgundy or white, as those colors will be reserved for the wedding party.

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we kindly ask to keep guests to those listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it be listed on your invitation envelope. It will also appear under your name when you RSVP through our website. We appreciate your understanding!

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate children unless they are named on the invitation. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children invited. However, we encourage you use this evening as a "night out" for yourself! Cheers!🥂

When should I RSVP by?When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to RSVP by September 26, 2025. You can RSVP on the website or there will be a QR code on the back of your invitation. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have mark you down as 'not attending.' We would love to celebrate with you however we have to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm, to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat! Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Guests will no longer be allowed inside after 4pm and will have to wait until the ceremony concludes so make sure you are on time!

We will have free valet parking for those who want to drive to the venue. We do recommend to uber/lyft.

Will there be an open bar?Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, of course! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking!

Is there a wedding registry?Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is our gift! If you would like to gift us something please see our honeymoon fund. If you would like to contribute the day of we will have a card box at our reception. We deeply appreciate it!

What type of food will be served at the wedding?What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner. You can select your allergies when you RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.

Answer

While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option accept or decline when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?What will the weather be like?

Answer

As you may know, Florida has very temperamental weather. For November weather ranges from 64 degrees to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Will there be room blocks?Will there be room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks at a special group rate at Brownwood Hotel and Spa. Shuttles will be transporting guests from the hotel to the venue.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.
