Due to social distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19, we are postponing our wedding ceremony until things calm down. This has been a really hard decision for us as we have been excidedly anticipating our wedding for a year, but the health of our family is more important than anything.
Picture it... Fort Collins, 2018. Lance & Kimberly met in the spring of 2018 while enjoying the fresh air and company of friends at their apartment complex. They lived across the parking lot from one another. They quickly became friends and spent a lot of time hanging out together over the next several months. During the fall of 2018, Lance & Kimberly decided it was safe to persue something further with their friendship and it was pretty obvious that they both had intense feelings for each other. They have been living happily together with Kimberly’s children, Samantha (14) and Nathan (12), ever since. Lance proposed to Kimberly on March 20, 2019 while attending a Donna Missal concert with Samantha in Denver, CO.
We’ve been getting a lot questions regarding the wedding and how we have it split into two seperate events. Kimberly is an extremely private indiviual and gets super uncomfortble, nervous, and anxious being at the center of attention. To help avoid unwanted Wedding Day stress, we decided to have a private, intimate hand-fasting ceremony during the Spring Equinox with only our immediate families attending. However, we still want to celebrate our marriage with EVERYONE and so we figured there is no better day for us both than Halloween! So please join us for our wedding reception on #Halloween2020, dressed to impress in costume (optional but preffered).
