What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at noon and the ceremony will promptly begin at 12:30 p.m. so be sure to arrive a few minutes early to grab your place card and a good seat!

Is there a dress code?

Dress is cocktail/semi-formal and all events will be held indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking on site just steps away from the doors to enter the ceremony room.

Where do I sit for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is open seating. Just as our respective family and friends have opened the arms and hearts to us without question, we ask you to pick a seat and not a side because you are a guest of both the groom and bride!

Where do I sit for the reception?

Answer

Before you take your seat for the ceremony, please find a bell with your name and table number. At the end of the ceremony, ring the bell to wish them well!

Yes! Country Inn & Suites located within 6 minutes to the venue has a block of rooms reserved under our names.
