How is the weather?

September tends to be a good month that transitions us from summer to fall. It’s mostly fair weather right after the heat and just before the first snow.

Elevation Sickness

Please be advised that Colorado is the Mile High state. We’re very high up in elevation so we highly recommend bringing Dramamine and you can purchase oxygen pretty much anywhere! Just take it slow and drink lots of water!

Plus One
Answer
Every Save-the-Date and invitation will be clear on individuals invited and whether a guest has a plus-one. If you are uncertain, please reach out to Kalob or Kim directly.

When Should I RSVP?
Answer
We kindly request you RSVP no later than June 30, 2025.

Parking

Please only park at the designated parking address. There will not be available parking at the venue.

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make It?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please indicate so on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Ceremony Time
Answer
A bus will be shuttling guests from parking to the actual venue. Shuttles will begin at 2:30 so please arrive with enough time. The final shuttle will run at 3:00 the latest. Anyone arriving after the 3:00 shuttle will miss the ceremony but will be shuttled to the reception.

The wedding will be outdoors. We will have a tent set up over the tables to help with any weather conditions the day of as well as a beautiful gazebo for the dance floor.

We ask everyone to dress semi-formal. Please refrain from wearing any white dress as you will be sprayed with red wine ;)

Choose your shoes wisely. The entire place is grass with the exception of the dancing area.

We love our friends’ little ones and they will be included on your invitation to be RSVP’d. Unfortunately, we are limited on space and are mostly making exceptions for people coming from out of town. If you have any concerns feel free to reach out to Kim or Kalob directly.

Open bar!! We will do our best to have options for every drinker.

Pictures and Social Media
Answer
We want to see it all! However, during the ceremony we want everyone present and ask no phones be out. Take photos freely and post freely afterwards :)

Smoking
Answer
No smoking is allowed at the wedding venue. Please be respectful of this rule as the lovely couple hosting us has requested this. We also would like to avoid any chance of a wildfire as the venue will be in a forested area. Vapes are ok!
