When should I RSVP by?

Invitations have been sent and RSVP by date is Aug 15th.

Is there a welcome event before the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are having a fun, casual welcome event for all wedding guests from 6-8pm at Pins Mechanical Co. in Cleveland. Details are on the Schedule page of this website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so please arrive by 4:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The venue is a private club, so formal attire is requested, but it's not a black tie event. Our aim is to hold both the ceremony and reception outside, weather permitting, so consider bringing a jacket or wrap as it may be breezy on the water that time of year.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please indicate that on the RSVP card you will be sending back to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be a complimentary valet on site at the Shoreby Club.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will arrange for a shuttle to bring guests to and from the Kimpton Schofield Hotel and the Shoreby Club. If you are staying at a different hotel or Air BnB nearby, you are welcome to come to the Kimpton and hop on the shuttle. Details to come on shuttle times...

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not doing a formal gift registry, but we do have a newlywed fund set up under the Registry tab on this site for some home repair/renovation projects and our honeymoon travel fund.
