When we say we met in college . . . c'mon it was not on campus. It was at Flashbacks, the best little bar in Nacogdoches, Texas, and where I was employed at the time! After a few run-ins at the bar, Jacob thought the best way to get close to me was to also work at Flashbacks. So . . . he applied and we started bartending together. We spent the next few months enjoying Lake Nacogdoches, working together, studying together, dancing, and sharing lots of pizza at our favorite place (Flashbacks). It did not take long for us to know this was the real deal! Thank goodness, because shortly thereafter, I moved to Florida to spend time with my parents and attend a semester of college. My move to Florida did not last long. Jacob was ready for me to move back home to Texas, and I was ready to be with him again. We currently live in a cute rent house in Beaumont, Texas, have the best dog, Harper, and a small ranch in Hamshire, Texas. We intend to build our future home on our land in Hamshire. We are working together to make our dreams come true and will be husband and wife before we know it! We are thrilled to celebrate our union with our family and friends by our side. We are so thankful for the love and support that each and every one of you have shown us along the way!
