Even though it is preferred to be an all adult event, we understand being away from your little ones for more than a night is a lot to ask. So we are welcoming children to join the weekend getaway! However we ask no children 10 and under to be present for the duration of the ceremony (30 minutes) please. If you need help with accommodating this, please reach out to the bride and groom.
Unfortunately we cannot have our guest’s furry loved ones on site. The bride and groom are the only ones allotted to bring their pet, Enzo. He’s so excited to mingle with everyone!
We do not require a ball gown or a suit and tie, but we encourage our guests to have fun and dress up for our wedding! If your dressing up is a nice sun dress or a nice pair of chinos and a button down, that will do!
For guests staying for the duration of the weekend, check-in will be at 4PM Friday afternoon and check-out will be 11 AM Sunday morning. For guests arriving the day of the event, we ask you arrive no later than 3 PM.
For those staying in a cabin, there is enough room for two vehicles beside each cabin. For those staying off property, there is parking at the south-end of the property. You'll drive south past all of the cabins towards the ceremony area and turn left at the very end.
Each cabin is a two bedroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a Serta “5-Star” or “Luxury Suite” mattress. Off of the bedroom is a full bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. In the two bedroom cabins, the 2nd bedroom is an open sleeping loft with either a queen bed or two twin beds. Living rooms provide a deluxe futon, a cushioned chair, and cable TV. Each cabin also has a free standing wood stove fireplace, which is the cabins primary source of heat. In addition, the cabins also have small electric space heaters. Please Note – they provide complimentary wood from mid-October through April. The kitchenettes have a 4-burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots/pans and utensils for cooking simple meals. Please note the kitchenettes do not have a regular convection oven.
Each cabin has their own kitchen so if you would like to make your own meals you are more than welcome to. The bride and groom will not be providing breakfast or lunch for the day of the event, only refreshments and dinner in the evening. They will be having a casual BBQ dinner Friday night for all who are arriving. There are also cafes and restaurants in Strawberry, Pine, and Payson if you prefer to eat out for breakfast and lunch the day of the event. All guests will need to inquire when they are arriving in their RSVP.
Absolutely not!! By law and noise ordinance we do have to shut down the DJ and Bar at 10PM. Even though they shut down, we don't have to! Any alcohol will need to be stored within the cabins, but we can enjoy drinking by the fire pits or continue to play lawn games as long as we'd like.
A weekend stay for one person is $83. The price will increase on January 1st, 2025 to $125 for the weekend. All cabin bookings will close February 14th.
For guests only wanting to stay the night of the event, please contact the bride and groom so we can help you figure out a cabin rental or a room at another hotel in Strawberry. The list of other hotels are listed under the travel tab.
The bride and groom will not be accepting RSVPs past March 19, 2025.
