When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony venue will have street parking available. The reception venue has 89 on-site parking spaces. You may park overnight, but you are required to move your car by 8 AM on Sunday morning.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle service will pick up from both hotels. The schedule is listed below. The Renaissance Hotel, The Depot (pick up at Winter Garden Lobby Doors) Arrival: 2:00 pm | Departure: 2:05 pm The Westin Hotel Arrival: 2:10 pm | Departure: 2:20 pm The Renaissance Hotel, The Depot (pick up at Winter Garden Lobby Doors) Arrival: 2:05 pm | Departure: 2:15 pm The Westin Hotel Arrival: 2:20 pm | Departure: 2:30 pm

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the day intimate and celebrate with close family and friends. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be transportation available following the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be two shuttles departing from Incarnation Catholic Church to the Whim. They will depart at 4:20 PM and 4:25 PM or when the shuttles are full. Evening shuttles will begin at 9 PM and will go to both hotels.
