What if I try to book via the couples website and encounter no availability?

If this is to happen you would want to call our weddings line at 407-827-6799 and the agents will be able to assist in looking for availability and making your reservation.

What if I have taken all these avenues and still no availability?

Answer

If you have hit roadblocks in making your reservation, contact us directly so we can help with your accommodation. You can also go on the official WDW website and book a room at any of the WDW resorts and send your reservation number and name to us. These rooms will not be at the Wedding Rate, but we will still benefit from your booking. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com

What if I have Disney Vacation Club and would like to stay on my points?

If you choose to stay at any of the WBW Vacation Club properties on points or not on points, send your reservation number and name to us and we will forward these on to the room block specialist, as we still receive credit for these reservations.

What if I have a problem walking?

Answer

There are a variety of options available. Motorized scooters and wheelchairs can be rented and they are dropped/picked up at our resort. Apple Scooter (AppleScooter.com (321) 726-6837) & Scooter Bug (https://www.scooterbug.com/orlando/ (800) 726-8284 ) are the Preferred provider of WDW Resorts. Other companies include: Scooter King Orlando and Gold Mobility Scooters The Parks offer wheelchair rentals per day or length of stay but are only good at the parks.

Is transportation available to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

WDW Resorts offer free transportation via buses, monorail, boats or Skyliner. Please note that these options run on schedules and are subject to public crowding. However on Demand options are available via Minnie Van Service through Lyft and or Uber.

Where can I park for the Wedding?

Answer

Free parking is available for the guests of the Wedding Pavilion, give security the Name of the wedding to park in that area. Identification may be needed. Cars can stay overnight if you don't wish to return to the Grand Floridian at the end of the night.
