Question

Where should I book my hotel?

Question

How do I get to and from the venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guest transportation will be provided to and from Spring Hill Suites Franklin Cool Springs to the venue. Please arrive to the hotel lobby at 2:50p.m. for a 3:00p.m. departure. Uber and Lyft options are available. Parking is available at the wedding venue. Cars CANNOT be left overnight.

Question

If I choose to drive to the venue, can I leave my car over night?

Answer

No, cars CANNOT be left overnight. According to our venue policy, all cars must be off the property by the end of our rental period at 11:00p.m. Our venue will charge us a fee for each car left overnight.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 3:30p.m. and 3:45p.m. so you can settle in before the 4:00p.m. ceremony.

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place indoors in air conditioned buildings. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the patio area of the venue. Guests are more than welcome to head indoors to the reception during cocktail hour. All events will be held at The Venue at Birchwood.

I have dietary restrictions/ allergies, what's the best way to let you know?

Answer

When you go to RSVP on our site, we have included a spot for you to enter dietary restrictions or allergies. Please reach out to us if you have any questions!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Wedding attire: please no jeans.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. When you enter your name on the RSVP page, you will see any additional children or guests we've included on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out!
