David & Kimmi originally met on Hinge and set up their first date at Agua Linda in Athens, GA. David had just begun nursing school and Kimmi was working full time in the Emergency Department. The day was sunny and bright and COVID and love were in the air. They decided to meet around 7:30pm (~allegedly~ per David). Kimmi showed up fashionably late at 8:30pm. (She had just gotten off of a 12hr. shift & HAD to shower before.. think feces, bedbugs, you name it.) Per text request from Kimmi, David had ordered 2 LARGE frozen strawberry margaritas, chips & queso, and several tacos to be "ready upon arrival". When Kimmi arrived and David handed her that frozen marg, she knew David was the one. (David was happy she showed up.) ...& They haven't stopped eating Mexican food and drinking frozen margs since.
