Answer

The Pelican Club 1065 N. HWY A1A, Jupiter, Fl, 33477

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Pelican Club venue is an indoor/outdoor venue. The pre welcome ceremony will take place outside in the front courtyard. The ceremony will be indoors. The cocktail hour is outside on a covered large deck, overlooking the Jupiter inlet. The reception is indoors. No need to worry if the weather is looking scary! Our venue has great accommodations for any weather event.

Question

Are children allowed to attend the wedding?

Answer

A message from the Bride and Groom: "We adore kiddos, but we don't get to see you enough, which is why we want to make sure you can be totally in the moment and out on the dance floor with us. In order to allow our including parents an evening of relaxation, we've chosen an adult only occasion. We hope that this advance notice means you're able to share in our big day, kick off your heels and have an adult kind of day!"

Question

What time does the wedding begin?

Answer

5:00pm prompt. Please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early for stress free parking. Free valet available.

Question

What time does the wedding end?

Answer

Question

Will dinner be a buffet or seated meal?

Answer

Dinner will be served in a plated 2 course, seated fashion, followed by cake/assorted desserts. There will not be a buffet dinner.

Question

Do guests have a meal option for dinner?

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Wedding Attire No jeans, flip flops, t shirts, or casual attire. Men are encouraged to wear a collared shirt. If you tend to get cool indoors, bring a coat, shawl, or sweater.

Question

Are the Bride and Groom Expecting a gift?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, but if you're feeling particularly generous, the bride and groom have set up a registry and a honeymoon fund. You can find the registry by clicking the link "Registry" at the top of this site.

Question

Is there a Wedding Hashtag?

Answer

YES! Please use #LIVINLAVIDALEIVA for all wedding related posts and pictures on our big day.

Question

Is there transportation available to and from the venue?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to carpool, uber, or take their own vehicle to the venue. The Bride and Groom have reserved a large luxurious white trolley for the end of the evening to take guests to the Happily Ever After Party. (Limited parking is available, so hitch a fun ride on the trolley!) *Please Note: The trolley will not take guests back to the venue after the party ends. Guests attending the party will need to uber back to their vehicle or stay the night at the Airbnb.

Question

Can I leave my vehicle overnight at the venue?

Answer

No. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the Pelican Club's parking lot overnight, or your vehicle may get booted. If you wish to leave your vehicle, you can park your vehicle across the street (across from the venue) by the tall stand-alone bank building. There is a parking lot over there in which you can park and leave your vehicle overnight if you wish.
