Are Hotel Blocks Available to rent rooms if you are wanting to stay the night after the Reception?

Yes, there are currently two Hotels that have a Wedding Block open under the Phillips/Reinbold Wedding. You can find information about these Hotels under the "Travel" Section on our Wedding Website. 1.) Fairfield Inn and Suites, directly on campus of Fair Oaks Farms, has limited availability but currently has an open block of rooms. You can find the link to accommodations at Fairfield Inn is under "Travel" or you can call the Hotel and mention "Phillips/Reinbold" Wedding to reserve a room, (219) 394-2100. **Dogs are allowed at the Hotel and on Campus!** 2.) Holiday Inn Express Rensselaer, IN 4788 Nesbitt Dr, Rensselaer, IN 47978 (219) 866-7111 This Hotel has Available Rooms open under Wedding Block "Phillips/Reinbold Wedding." Approximately 6.8 Miles from Fair Oaks Farms (about a 9-minute drive down I-65 directly off the highway) WEDDING BLOCKS WILL BE CLOSED AFTER 8/18/2023

Is a shuttle available for guests staying at Holiday Inn?

Unfortunately, there is NO shuttle available from the Holiday Inn Express to Fair Oaks and vice versa.

Are Ubers or Lyfts Available?

Answer

NO, since the Farm surrounded by nothing but Farmland, there are no Ubers available in the area. With that being said, we want you to have a good time but PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY with the open bar if commuting anywhere at all the night of our Wedding Reception!

YES, feel free to bring your Fur-Baby to Fair Oaks if planning to spend the night at Fair Oaks Farms! There is also a dog park available on the Fair Oaks Farms Campus!

What time should I arrive to the Cermemony if attending?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm if attending Wedding Ceremony just to assure everyone gets a seat. Ceremony will begin at approximately, 5 O'Clock, as long as the Bride doesn't lose her shoe!

What time is Cocktail Hour?

Answer

Cocktail Hour is set to begin at approximately 5:30pm and will last for an hour. Introductions of the Wedding Party and Bride and Groom will begin at approximately 6:30pm.

Will Open Bar remain open during dinner?

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow the bar to be open during dinner which will be from 7pm-8pm. Please get your cocktails prior to dinner! The Open Bar will re-open at 8pm.
