We’re tying the knot!

Chris and I met in high school through mutual friends. I remember the first time meeting Chris, it was in the Center Moriches Diner parking lot and he was wearing a pink tutu after loosing a bet to a friend. Fast forward a few years later, I was now 21 and Chris 22, we reconnected over horses. Yeah that’s right- Chris reached out to see if I knew anyone who would adopt his Grandmother’s horse- and here we are just over 5 years later. The horse is still here too! September 15, 2017, Chris took me to Wolfer estate for a private tour of the vineyard and wine cellars “just because.” Now if anyone knows my fiancé, they know he always suprises me with random things just because. I know, he is the sweetest! Not only did he arrange a tour of the winery- he also arranged a private tour of the stables. Anyone who knows me knows that I’m horse crazy and that I love all things equestrian. As the tour neared its end, we took a stroll to the middle of the vineyard, to a gazebo over looking the riding rings and sprawling vinyards. As I admired the beautiful scenery, Chris stratigically set his phone to video and proposed right there. Apparently everyone knew he was proposing except for me. I said yes, and here we are almost two years later ready to tie the knot!
