The attire for the wedding is black-tie encouraged. Examples would be tux for men and floor-length gowns for women. Suits and midi dresses are acceptable.
MEARS CONNECT Mears Connect is a shared ride shuttle transportation service utilizing motor coach buses and vans to transport guests to and from MCO, Disney World, Disney Springs and other Disney Area Resorts. Yes, transportation will be provided on the wedding day December 9th, to those staying at one of the Disney Resorts. Guests will be picked up from your resort and brought to the ceremony/reception location and return guests to their hotels at the end of the night. As we get closer to the wedding, a schedule will be provided, so everyone knows when they will be picked up for our 2:30 PM ceremony start time.
It will be free to park at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for all wedding guests. Please inform the cast member when you arrive at the front gate that you are attending the wedding and they will direct you where to park.
No park ticket is required for the Dessert party. Transportation will be provided for all wedding attendees from the reception to Epcot for the dessert party. Transportation will bring guests back to their resorts at the end of the Event at 11 PM, this includes off-property guests that parked at the Grand Floridian (ceremony location).
We have selected to share in our favorite attraction with our guests. It is an indoor fast spinning coaster. WARNING: Must be 42” to ride. For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride. ***Space is limited, RSVP early to reserve your spot.

Download my Disney experience app. Utilize the app to make your park pass reservations (required for park entry), make dining reservations for you and your party, plan Disney genie+ day($, skip the line), mobile order at quick service restaurants, walk up waitlist for dining reservations, etc. 2. Book advanced dining reservations as soon as 60 days before your trip, especially for those hard to get reservations. Some of our favorites: Chef Art Smith’s Homecoming and Frontera Cocina (Disney Springs) Space 220 Lounge and Le Cellier (Epcot) Trattoria al Forno (Boardwalk resort) Il Mulino (Swan Resort) California Grill and Steakhouse 71 (Contemporary Resort) Ohana character breakfast/dinner (Polynesian resort) 3. Eat and drink around the world showcase. Festival of the Holidays will be going on in December. Try many different small plates, share with your party to be able to eat and drink multiple items. 4. Utilize virtual queues (free). On the morning of your park day, reserve your spot in line at 7 am for the new Tron (Magic Kingdom) and Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind (Epcot). Reservations go quickly, another virtual queue will open again at 1 PM for guests in the park that missed the 7 am reservation. 5.
