Things you should know

The Wedding Website of Kimberly Haber and Andrew Horsley
Texas is a unique place with its own way of living, we park our horse's right next to high rises. There are some unique terms you should be familiar with and be comfortable using when talking to a Texan. Y’all This one’s famous, y’all. But, few visitors know how to use it correctly. Y’all is the southern contraction of you all, and it’s meant to be used for when you’re addressing more than one person. Bless your heart If a little old lady says this to you, then you just said something stupid. I need to see a man about a horse No need to follow this is the only polite way to say you are going to the bathroom. Fixin’ to If you’re fixin’ to do something, it has literally nothing to do with fixing anything. Fixin’ to means you’re about to do something. All Hat, No Cattle If someone’s all hat and no cattle then it means that they’re all talk and no follow through. Or, it means that someone speaks highly of themselves.
