Things To Do

The list of things to do in Jackson Hole in the summer time is endless! But below are a some of our favorite things we've done and a few things we hope to do soon!
Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton National Park

WY

Obviously, our #1 recommendation is going to be to go explore Grand Teton National Park! Below is a link to some of the best rated hikes in the park. From Jenny Lake, to Cascade Canyon, to Amphitheater Lake- you can't go wrong! No matter what difficulty level you are looking for- there's something for you! Grand Teton National Park is such a special place to Andrew and I, so we hope you are able to take some time to hike or drive around the park and see why we love it so much!

Jackson Hole Town Square

Jackson Hole Town Square

10 East Broadway Avenue, Jackson, WY 83001

Looking for a more relaxed day? Head to Jackson Hole Square for some shopping! With tons of stores ranging from clothing and jewelry boutiques to outdoor apparel, as well as art galleries and cute bakeries, there's so many places to check out! If you go, you are absolutely required to take a picture in front of the famous Elk Antler Arch in the center of the square. Persephone Bakery is an absolutely must for some delicious pastries and coffee! We always make a trip to the Black Diamond store to hopefully snag some deals on climbing gear.

National Museum of Wildlife Art

National Museum of Wildlife Art

2820 Rungius Road, Jackson, WY 83001

If museums are more your speed definitely check out the National Museum of Wildlife Art. This museum is location just north of Jackson Hole, right off the main road as you head to Grand Teton National Park! If you're in town on Thursday morning, check out "Yoga on the Trail" which is offered for free every Thursday from 9-10 a.m. on the sculpture trail at the Museum!

Mormon Row

Mormon Row

Moose, WY 83012

A short drive farther up US Highway 191, just 21 minutes from Jackson, is the turnoff to Antelope Flats Road for some of the area’s most photographed structures; the iconic barns of Mormon Row. Officially a part of Grand Teton National Park, you can visit this area without a park pass!

Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park

WY

If you want to check another National Park off your list, Yellowstone National park is only about a 2 hour drive from Jackson Hole. On one of our trips to the Tetons when it rained practically every day on our vacation, Andrew and I ventured up to Yellowstone! It's such an interesting park (truly unlike any other) and very easy to just drive through to see what it's about. Stop and check out Old Faithful and the colorful, steaming hot springs! We also saw tons of wildlife there just driving around in the rain!

For all the days along the way
